1. Scope of This Page

This User Data Deletion page applies to personal data processed by Zunnesco LLC in connection with zunnesco.com, related communications, and digital products or services we operate. If you are a client’s end user and your data lives only in a system we built or host for that client, we may need to route your request to the client as the data controller, or ask you to contact them directly.

2. Information We May Delete

Upon a verified request, we will delete or de-identify personal data we control where reasonably possible, which may include:

• Contact details and inquiry messages submitted through our website or email
• Account profile information for products or portals we operate
• Marketing or newsletter subscription records associated with your email
• User-generated content you provided that is not required for legal or security retention
• Other personal identifiers reasonably linked to your request

3. Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons, including:

• Records required for tax, accounting, billing, or contract enforcement
• Information needed to detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Data we are legally required to keep for a defined period
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer reasonably identify you
• Backup copies, which may persist until the next scheduled backup rotation after deletion from live systems

When retention is required, we limit ongoing use of that data to the purpose that justifies retention.

4. Apps and Connected Platforms

If you used a Zunnesco product that connects to a third-party platform (for example, a social login or app marketplace), deleting data with Zunnesco may not automatically remove data held by that platform. You may also need to revoke app permissions or delete data from within the third-party account settings.

When you request deletion related to an app we publish, please include the app name, your account identifier or email, and any platform username so we can locate the correct records.

5. Response Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests as promptly as practical and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If we need more time due to complexity or volume, we will notify you of the extension and the reason, as permitted by applicable law.

6. Verification

To protect against unauthorized deletion requests, we may require reasonable verification—such as confirming control of the email address on file, answering account-related questions, or providing additional proof of identity for sensitive requests. We will not process a deletion request if we cannot reasonably verify that you are the person (or authorized agent) entitled to make it.

7. Effects of Deletion

After deletion, you may lose access to accounts, saved preferences, project history, or other features tied to the deleted data. Some actions cannot be undone. If you only want to unsubscribe from marketing messages, say so in your request and we can limit the action accordingly.
