Liability for paid project work is limited as set forth in the governing project agreement; if that agreement is silent, our liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Zunnesco LLC for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy posted on this website and any written project agreements between you and Zunnesco LLC, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter herein and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings related to website use. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that engagement.
